'67 Ludwig Supraphonic COB Snare Drum Resto

A friend brought this to me for complete restoration.  It was pretty rough (see last photo).  After a complete dismantle and thorough cleaning and polishing, along with new heads, it turned out beautiful.

Ludwig COB (Chrome Over Brass) snare drums from the mid-sixties are the holy grail and highly sought after.  The majority of rock recordings done during that error were done on this model.
